Special guest card

Is given to the Guest when staying in total more than 8 nights.

The Card gives the owner a right to get the following discounts and bonuses:

• 8% discount;
• late check-out: 2 p.m. (to be confirmed by the administrator if there are free rooms available).

«SILVER» card

Is given to the Guest when staying in total for more than 15 nights

The Card gives the owner a right to get the following discounts and bonuses:

• 15% discount;
• late check-out: 4 p.m. (to be confirmed by the administrator if there are free rooms available).

«GOLD» card

Is given to the Guest when staying in total for more than 25 nights

The Card gives the owner a right to get the following discounts and bonuses:

• 20% discount or a free upgrade of the room category (to be confirmed by the administrator if there are free rooms available)
• Free early check-in (to be confirmed by the administrator when booking a room)
• Late check-out: 4 p.m. (to be confirmed by the administrator if there are free rooms available).

Hotel «Gubernsky» reserves a right to change the conditions of the Reward program or to stop it on a unilateral basis. The Cardholder will be given a minimum 30 days' prior notice in one of the following ways:

• via email;
• publishing the information on the web site of the hotel.
